Placing an order confirms agreement with the conditions stated here. 

Return Eligibility 

To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements: 

  • Products remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition 
     
  • All tags, labels, and packaging materials are intact and returned 
     
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration are not eligible 
     
  • Return requests must be raised within forty eight hours of delivery 
     

Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted. 

Return Request Procedure 

Step One: Submit Your Request 

Send an email with your Order ID and reason for return at neoherocommercesolutionsprivat@gmail.com. 

Step Two: Provide Visual Evidence 

If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, include clear photographs to support quicker review. 

Step Three: Follow Shared Instructions 

After approval, detailed guidance on return steps will be sent via email. 

Requests that fail to meet stated guidelines may be declined. 

Refund Review and Timeline 

Once the returned product is received, it will undergo inspection to confirm eligibility. Notification of approval or rejection will be shared accordingly. 

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within five to seven working days. A confirmation email will be sent once processing is complete. 

Partial Refund Policy 

If a returned item only partially meets return standards, such as missing packaging or minor damage, a partial refund may be issued based on internal assessment. 

Incorrect or Damaged Items 

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, a return request must be submitted within forty eight hours of delivery. Clear images or videos should be emailed to support resolution.
